Multiple Accounts Question

I don't see in the rules about number of account restrictions anymore.  I think you can only have 3 accounts per IP, which is cool.. however.. I have 2 kids and they both setup their own respective set of 3 accounts at their mother's house (she has a couple pc's) and sometimes they play on my pc.  This would show my IP with all kinds of account logins.  Can someone let me know if this is cool as long as there is no abuse of the system?  If not, then I think I need to get with Konstantine or a GM to delete the outstanding accounts and I'll just share my 3 (boooo).

Last time this came up as far as I understand the explanation: every time an account logs in from your IP it gets marked as one of yours, so if you have 3 and one of the kids logs in on theirs now you got 4. I would PM Konstantine before any problems...
