--Rune Chisels can be purchased from Rune Crafter vendors
--Using Rune Chisels now requires GM arm's lore.  You do not need to be near a soul forge.
--Using a Rune Chisel, you can now craft removal runes using rough stones.
--Player Crafted items now give their intended bonus
--Times Imbued now correctly saves on jewels after server restart
--All properties now consumed the correct resources
--There is a 20% chance that you will break your item when you fail on properties 8, 9 and 10, Roll the Dice if you would like. Items up to 8 props cannot break at all.
--You can now imbue spellbooks.  These can be imbued 10 times for a max property count of 5 and a max weight of 600
--Glasses can be imbued again
--You will no longer consume resources when missing one of the three
--There is now a 2 Hit Spell Leech maximum on weapons
--Velocity and Balanced can now be put on ranged weapons
--Spell Channeling with FC0 now counts as two properties
--The Mage Weapon option has been removed from all imbuing menus
--The intensity you select on the imbuing confirmation screen is the intensity that will be put on your item.  For example, to get 50 Hit Lighting, you must choose 50 Hit Lightning.  You
cannot put 25 and 25 on the item.
--All champions (including Baracoon) will now drop one relic fragment, as well as the other resources required for imbuing.
--Unravelling Legendary items will now yield one Relic Fragment.  Unraveling any other equipment will no longer yield relic's (Ie: Gauntlet artifacts are your best bet for Relics).
--Fixed a bug that prevented certain properties from being applied to items
--Glasses, Shields, Weapons, Clothing, and Armor will now have a colored name based on the items magical weight
   -- To obtain the required gems for imbuing, you will need to slay Elementals.  They can no longer be purchased from Jewelers
