image posting

ok ok ... tosay i'm technically challenged is a gross understatement ... how do i upload full sized images to this forum?

i have an account at imageshack and link the image, but it always seems to show the small version even when i uncheck the 'resize image' option

perhaps try photobucket?? its free as well

and the resizing MIGHT be a forum setting??
