Skill titles

Just wondering if you can change your skill title?  I know that in the latest publish they added a title customization screen.  Is that in the works?

Try taking your highest still, keeping the arrow up. And locking the rest of the skills that are same in number or above.

Not sure if that will work, give it a shot.
