UO is not showing the names of spells

I have a problem with Razor because I get an error message about cliloc not being found and then the spells don't show their name when they are cast.

Any input? I have the most up to date razor and UO.

My razor was doing this as well. To fix it I manually put in the directory for the data folder in razor and it worked.
