Barding Masteries

After consulting the [c  channel a couple times and some help tips from King Konstantine via the "Help" option, i found out that "Barding Masteries" NPC's are non existent in PandoraUO.  That is such a shame as i love playing my Bard, and that it would be immensely helpful to run it with my Guildmates during our PvM hunting sessions. Will there be any near future implementation to this enjoyable abilities here?  I would really hate to relocate me and my friends to another free server just to be able to access this. We are enjoying playing PandoraUO and so far lliked the community and atmosphere. Regards.
