The players have spoken... A lot of this patch deals with upping some Imbuing drops and making some Champions weaker...

Vote

- Remember to vote around every 12 hours folks. Some of the websites have been blocking votes coming from in game (Vote stones in Insula). I want you guys to still get the prizes so that is OK, but if you have an extra minute please click Vote! On your tool bar at the top and vote on each of the sites. Your votes bring more players.

Random Tweaks

- New Player Dungeon is now filled with more Imbuing mat dropping monsters than regular ones. This will give players (if they have read about Imbuing, and do their research while training) an easier chance to get Imbuing materials to sell to others to make gold.

- The Player vs Player Spell Damage Increase cap has went from 15% to 25%. It's still 100% for Player vs Monster

- Making Parasitic Potions is harder, there is a chance of failing. (It's comparable to making Deadly Poison)

- Smoke Bombs in Alchemy is easier to make.

- Parasitic Poison can not be cured by a potion. Arch cure will cure it fine. Normal cure will cure it on average 1 out of 5 at random.

Glass Baby

- Gargish Artifact Glasses will take head slot now as opposed to ears. (Hunters, Insight, Harrower, Magi)

- All Glasses, Gargoyle and Regular are now repaired with Glassblowing, not tinkering.

  - You can now create Gargoyle Glasses and Elven Glasses using Glassblowing. They will come with decent resists on them.

- All Glasses are now Imbuable.

- Glass Fukiya Gun will do much more damage.

- Ninja Weapons, including Fukiya's will hit your opponent about 99% of the time.

- All Ninja Weapons, including Fukiya's will only be able to be shot once every 30 seconds.

- Now only takes you 31.0 in Alchemy to begin making bottles.

 - The Alchemist NPC will train you Alchemy up to 31.2 from 0.0.

 - Sand Vortex's will drop much more sand and Sand Crab will drop a lot of sand.

Champions and Bosses

- Barracoon Champion has been weakened. Now has many less hit points, and does less damage. He got a huge nerf.

- Barracoon will create less rats.

- Poison Elementals have been weakened, due to them being in Champion spawns also.

- Rotting Corpses have been weakened, due to them being in Champion spawns also.

- Lich Lords have been weakened, due to them being in Champion spawns also.

- Lichs have been weakened, due to them being in Champion spawns also.

- Neira Champion has been weakened, much less hit points amoung other things.

- Neira will have a 50/50 shot of dropping a Void Orb and Relic Fragment.

- Lord Oaks has been nerfed a bit. Still the toughest Champion spawn. He will always drop Between; 2-4 Enchanted Essence, 2-4 Relic Fragments, 1-3 Rough Stones, 1-2 Void Orbs.

- Wisps have been weakened, due to them being in Champion spawns also.

- Pixies have been weakened, due to them being in Champion spawns also.

- Stygian Dragon has been nerfed. Less hit points and will not hit as hard, with less physical resist.

- Stygian Dragon will always drop at least 1 Relic Fragment, sometimes 2.

- Devour of Soul Renenowed has less hit points and will hit less.

Imbuing and Mats

- Barracoon has a 50/50 shot of dropping 1 Void Orb.

- Korpre's now have double the chance to drop a Void Orb(s) than they did before.

- Korpre's have a chance to have lower hit points

- Korpre's have a chance to drop 2 Void Orbs instead of 1 as previously, at random.

- All Champions have a 50/50 shot of dropping a Relic Fragment or 2.

- Imbuing Materials that would drop with no weight and wouldn't stack should be fixed.  All Materials now weigh 1 stone each.

- You will get less Magical Residue from unraveling, as it was giving much more than needed.

- Silver Serpent Venom will be easier to get when killing Silver Serpents

- Silver Snake Skin will drop more off of Silver Serpents

- Faery Dust drop rate has been increased a bit on Pixies and Wyvern Renowned.

- Raptor Teeth will drop more from Raptors.

- Sliths have a little more hit points, but just as easy.

- Poseidon's Limbs will drop 4-5 Oceanic Coins, instead of 1 or 2

Ranged Weapons

- Gargoyle Throwing will scale better in damage and match compared to all Human and Elf ranged weapons. Pretty much means Throwing weapons will do more base damage and the speed they go at will match Human / Elf Ranged Weapons.

      *(Soul Glaive = Heavy Crossbow)
      *(Cyclone = Crossbow)
      *(Boomerang = Bow)


Weapon Abilities

 - Weapon Ability Mortal Wound will last a bit less time on both players and monsters.

 - Weapon Ability Shadow Strike will do more damage, but will cost more mana. Must have at least 80 Stealth to do it. (Tip, Imbuing Weapon Damage Increase on it, You're in Business)

- Weapon Ability Paralyzing Blow will paralyze taget for longer, use a little more mana.

- Crushing Blow will use a little more mana.

- Armor Ignore will do more base damage

- Gargoyle Throwing Weapon Ability, Infused Throw will use much more mana as it dismounts / stuns the target.

Magic

- Energy Bolt will do more damage

- Remove Curse will take longer to cast.

- Cleanse by Fire will take longer to cast.

- Focus attack will use a bit more mana.

- Shadowjump will take a bit longer to cast and use a bit more mana.

- Animal Form will take a bit longer to cast a use a bit more mana.

- Poison Strike can be cast a bit quicker.

- Wither cast timing has been pulled back, will cast faster and use less mana each time.

- Thunderstorm will cast faster


Potion Apology

- Since potions have become on a timer (20 seconds)(A couple Publishes ago) the old potions made before this were not effected, and as long as you kept those old potions in, and mix it with new, it would still not have a timer on it. The only way to fix this, which is annoying is deleting all Greater: Heal, Cure, Agility, Strength, Total Refresh on the shard. NOW to make up for this I have placed red stones in random spots, including Insula bank where you can buy all these potions at 100 gold each for the weekend. This will help a gold sink, but also is a great deal considering that potion bottles are hard to get and this comes with bottle. Buying it this way is much cheaper than making them. Buy as many as you want but it won't last forever. Sorry for this, and thank you for understanding. (this does not effect Kegs of these potions or anything like that)

I am really sorry about it, and will do what I can to fix it. Stuff like that rarely happens, if ever. Really sorry, please do not make me feel bad about it more than I already do.  :oops:



Once again these changes and tweaks are never perm. But we will see how it goes and adjust. Most of the publish is stuff player's have been saying.
