New Players

The Glass Empire

- New players will now have a much easier start on Pandora and an idea of what they are doing.

- New players will have the option to start at the Glass Empire when creating their character.

- The Glass Empire is a new city built. It's still a work in progress, but is geared with tutorials, training elementals, and all the things they need to start easier as a player on Pandora.

- Young players will now start with a 30k check.

- All new characters will start with a Stat Ball

- The city is up and running, but still has a lot of work to be done to it. We will add to it as we go.

- Pandora has an official Entrance in the Glass Empire.

- New players will have access to decent non imbuable gear for each race they can pick up from the table.

- New players will no longer start with the LRC Bag in thier backpack, as the free armor on table all adds up to 100% LRC.

- New players will be able to tame with 0.0 Animal Taming a Glass City Kitsune inside the Glass City. It is exactly like a dragon, but is grey in color and looks like a baked kitsune. Will take 4 slots. This will help players in the newbie dungeon.

- The Glass Empire has rules just like Insula, You cannot be hurt here.

- Remember the Glass City is in the making. Things will be added and adjusted as time goes. There will not be a public moongate there, use the entrance of Pandora to get to Insula.

Casting Bar

- These bars will show you current spell cast and how long you have to wait before the spell is ready to use.

- You can change the default position of your cast bar by using the [CastBarPos command.

- You can toggle the cast bar on and off by using the [CastBarToggle command.

- If you have a slow connection (dial up or McDonalds WiFi), the cast bars may lag your client.

- After several moments of not casting anything the casting bar will disappear. Once you cast again, it will stay there while casting, until you stop for awhile again.

- This 'technology' is the start of many things we can use on Pandora in the future.

Exile!

- Blackthorn has been Exiled by the King. He has started another force to fight Order and Chaos. The team name is Exile.

- You will notice Exile as an option in you're guild master options along with Order and Chaos.

- You will get the tag [Exile]

- Being Exile, Chaos and Order are Orange and attackable to you and vis versa.

- This allows 3 factions, more diverse enemies. All teams can attack one another.

- The Exiles unofficial base is the mansion Blackthorn sits at right next to the Primeval Lich Champion spawn.



Toolbar

Your new Toolbar allows you to set up your own custom buttons for quick and easy access to commands, phrases and even web links!

Toolbar Drop-Down Menu:

"Load Defaults" will load the default Toolbar, resetting all of your entries to their default states.

"Set Position" allows you to set the position of your Toolbar anywhere on your screen, your Toolbar will always appear in the position you select.

"Set Size" allows you to set the size of your Toolbar grid, there is a minimum and maximum size which can be seen while editing.

"Minimize" shrinks your toolbar down to display only the anchor. If you log out, your Toolbar will remain minimized when you log back in.

"Exit" will completely close your Toolbar, you can re-open it by using the [Toolbar command.

"Cancel" will close the drop-down menu.

Entries:

"Link" entries allow you to specify web URL's to launch your browser with when clicked.

"Phrase" entries allow you to specify any text you wish to say, yell or whisper and can also be used for triggering key-words like "I Wish To Duel".

"Command" entries allow you to specify a command to use when clicked, you can also specify optional arguments for your commands.

Each entry has it's own set of special options, just click the green button next to each entry for their drop-down menu's.



Shrink

- When you shrink Boura's, they will be a boura statue in your pack instead of a ball.

- When you shrink an Iron Beetle, it will be a iron beetle statue in your pack instead of a ball.

- When you shrink a Skree, it will be a skree statue in your pack instead of a ball.

- When you shrink a Raptor, it will be a raptor statue in your pack instead of a ball.

- When you shrink a Stone Slith, it will be a slith statue in your pack instead of a ball.

- When you shrink a Fairy Dragon, it will be a fairy dragon statue in your pack instead of a ball.

- When you shrink a Chicken Lizard, it will be a chicken lizard statue in your pack instead of a ball.



Champions

- Abyssal Infernal Champion has moved locations to where it's suppose to be. It's a big cove, cave entrance is in Stygian Abyss Dungeon near a river of lava. It's where the old crazy Abyssal spawn was, and where it's suppose to be according to UO Guide and other sites. The champ has been nerfed a lot. (compared to the one that was their previous, now it's the Abyssal spawn that moved, but just more smaller monsters.

- The Abyssal Inferno Ter Mur Champion location actually used to be Felucca Rules even though the entrance was in Ter Mur. It now have a Rule set similiar to Luna or Insula, where you cannot attack players or use stealing. But you can obviously attack monsters and take damage from monsters.

- Primeval Lich Champion is back, and nerfed where you can actually kill him. Go to the big mansion (where the Field PvP was on the moongate, the entrance is in Abyss.) Beware this is a Felucca Ruleset!

- Primeval Lich Level Puzzle is now in. Inside the mansion near the Primeval Champion spawn, along the wall is 8 levels, 4 on both sides. If the spawn is active (you popped it with valor or it just spawned) you will be able to play the puzzle. You must pull all 8 levers in order, it will be process of elimination to see when you mess up. Once you complete it you will receive a 105, 110, 115 or 120 powerscroll in your backpack. You will not be able to play it again until you have done the spawn and killed the Primeval Lich Champion. On each spawn, 1 game can be played. Good luck!

- Primeval Lich will always drop on death: 2-4 Enchanted Essence, 1-2 Undying Flesh, 1-2 Relic Fragments, 1-3 Rough Stones, 1-2 Essence of Direction, 0-1 Daemon Claw, 0-1 Void Orb, and of course with this champions and all champions below, powerscrolls and loot.

- Primeval Lich drops the Enlightenment Skull, same as Lord Oaks.

- The Exiled Lord Blackthorne sits on his shammy thrown in the Primeval Lich Mansion.

- Primeval Lich has been nerfed.

- Skeletal Drakes have been nerfed (for Primeval Spawn)

- Undead Gargoyle's have been nerfed (for Primeval Spawn)

- Dream Wraiths have been nerfed (for Primeval Spawn)

- Gore Fiends have been nerfed (For Primeval Spawn)

- Vampire Bat has been nerfed (For Primeval Spawn)

- Abyssal Infernal will always drop on death: 1-2 Enchanted Essence, 1 Relic Fragment, 1 Rough Stones, 1-2 Abyssal Cloth, 1 Daemon Claw.  

- Pit Fiend has been nerfed (For Abyssal Infernal Spawn)

- Moloch has been nerfed (For Abyssal Infernal Spawn)

- Arch Daemon has been nerfed (For Abyssal Infernal Spawn)

- Abyssal Abomination has been nerfed (For Abyssal Infernal Spawn)

- Lizardmen got a slight hit point buff

- New Champion titles for Abyssal Inferno (Blazer, Extinguisher, Pyro)

- New Champion titles for Primeval Lich (Coldest, Catacombist, Expirer)

- New Champion titles for Twaulo (Glade spawn, Twisted Wield) (Jungler, Woodlander, Naturist)

- Rikktor got a color upgrade.

- Rikktor will always drop on death: 1-2 Enchanted Essence, 0-1 Relic Fragment, 1 Rough Stone, 1-2 Raptor Teeth.

- Illhenir will always drop on death: 1-2 Enchanted Essence, 1-2 Relic Fragments, 1 Rough Stone, 1-2 Essence of Singularity.

- Illhenir got a slight nerf.

- Interred Grizzle got a nerf (For Illhenir Spawn)

- Plague Beast Lord got a nerd (For Illhenir Spawn)


- ML Dryad got a slight nerf (For Twaulo Spawn)

- Pixies have been nerfed (For Twaulo Spawn)

- The Cu Sidhe that spawns in the Twaulo Spawn has got a hug nerf. (The one that you can tame on a rare spawn is not nerfed)

- Feral Treefellow has been nerfed (For Twaulo Spawn)

- Raging Grizzly Bear has been nerfed (For Twaulo Spawn)

- Twaulo got a nerf.

- Twualo will always drop on death: 1-2 Enchanted Essence, 1 Relic Fragment, 1 Rough Stone, 1-2 Fairy Dust, 1 Elven Fletchings, 1 Chaga Mushroom, 0-1 Reflective Wolf Eyes.

- Killing Satrys will lose less Karma

- Killing Pixies will lose less Karma

- Serado will always drop on death: 1-3 Enchanted Essence, 1 Relic Fragment, 1 Rough Stone, 1 Essence of Achievment, 1 Essence of Precision

- Neira has been nerfed

- Neira will always drop on death: 1 Enchanted Essence, 1 Relic Fragment, 0-1 Rough Stone, 1 Void Orb, 1 Essence of Direction, 1 Vial Vitirol

- Barracoon will always drop on death: 1 Enchanted Essence, 0-1 Relic Fragment, 1 Essence of Balance, 1 Essence of Control

- Semidar will always drop on death: 1-2 Enchanted Essence, 1-2 Relic Fragments, 1 Rough Stone, 1-2 Parasitic Plant, 1-2 Lava Serpent Crust, 0-1 Essence of Percision

- Daemons have been nerfed (For Semidar Spawn)

- Mephitis will always drop on death: 1-2 Enchanted Essence, 1-2 Relic Fragments, 1 Rough Stone, 1 Spider Carapace, 1 Powdered Iron, 1 Essence of Persistence

- Lord Oaks will always drop on death: 1-2 Enchanted Essence, 1-2 Relic Fragments, 1-3 Rough Stones, 1-2 Void Orbs, 1-2 Crushed Glass, 1-2 Delicate Scales, 1 Arcanic Rune Stone


Tweaks

- All Mini Champs in Abyss are Marked with Statue's that show you each level.

- Fairy Dragons, in Abyss Ter Mur have gotten a buff for tamers. Much like the new White Wyrms introduce recently. Damage, Resists, Hit Points and skills comparable to some greater dragons, and are most the time stronger than White Wyrms. Only 4 pet slots (as opposed to 5 for greater dragons), must have 92.1 Animal Taming to tame.

- Boura Pelts drop has been tweaked, lowered on High Plans and Lowland (easier ones) and upped on Ruddy Bouras.

- Added Pandora to more top UO Shard lists. In turn there is more places to vote on website and more stones in Insula to get prizes. Remember to vote on each website around every 12 hours, type in the code when your browser pops up and CLICK, don't hit enter, to cast a vote. Remember you're vote brings new players.

- This one is my bad. For the last 6 months the Frost Orc, Lord of Globes has only been dropping about 33 of the total 101 globes he is suppose to drop. LOL: Should be working now, finally you can collect all 101.

- The Gumps (most windows that pop up in game, for example, the public moongate menu. have gotten a core upgrade

- The Dim Background (the clear gump that takes up you're entire screen around you're window) will now automatically drop something you're holding back in you're backpack. (Some players were holding stuff and running in moongate, and having to X their client out to fix it)

- All Refresh Potions (new ones made from here on out) Will have only a 5 seconds delay until you can drink another one. This is to allow Full Necro mages to counter-balance Chivs Divine Fury.

- All Magery Spells will use less mana.

- The Donation Box in the training room will be available to all players, not just young.

- New players should stay young anywhere from 3-6 weeks if they choose too.

- When the Treasure of Tokuno Stones turn Green and Red, it will be announced to the entire shard.

- The Treasure of Tokuno Stones will go green a bit less time, and the chances of how long it stays green is a bit less also.

- 0.0 Skill in alchemy and above can now read Glassblowing book.

- 0.0 skill in mining and above can now read Sandmining book.


Please allow 1 hour after update for all changes to take effect... Enjoy... We will be testing PvP Battles this week.
