It's not needed. If you look at the tables in Glass city there is a full LRC suit laid out. All you have to do is pick it up, and go to town. You will also find jewels, and weapons for training

There is no need to increase vendor stock to 999, it adds extra items internally that can't be accessed because they are stock items. With 100,000+ vendors in the world, we can't really afford to take the hit because of lack of patience. The restock time isn't that long anyway and tthere's plenty of other ways to gather regs.

For regs, go in library runes and buy regs of every mages and alchemist. When it refreshes, they'll have higher amount. Do this several times, and they'll have 999 each. Multiply this per vendors number, and you'll get thousands regs. Other way is to do treasure maps

True, that's called "supply and demand", if a vendor runs out of stock fast enough it will restock more of the item. The stock bonus will reduce when the vendor finds the demand has dropped.
