Steam v/s Razor

Hello everyone there,
I wanted to know why doy you prefer Steam in this server. Is it a matter of bussiness/marketing? Or is it a hardware & software issue? Or is it suppose that Steam displays something different that Razor doesn't?
Personally, I haven't experienced a mayor difference in using Steam (with the exception of reinstalling the C++ libraries) over Razor.

Steam WAS more frequently updated before. And it's far easier to help players with issues if everyone uses the same. But if it works, go for it!

You are welcome to use both.

But some clients / players in the past have had issues with RaZor, like they can't see items they are holding and other random stuff that we could never trace or pin down and we don't even know if it was Razor 100%... But most likely was as the issue didn't repeat with Steam...
If little subtle funny things start happening when using Razor then use Steam.

I prefer Steam and I echo what Noll says. We recommend Steam. But you can use both.
