House Price

Hello everyone in Pandora
I would like to know why the price for the "two-story villa" shoot up 1,000,000 while the previous house (sandstone house with patio) in the list costs 475,000, and both has the same characteristics -storage: 1265 & lockdowns: 632.
The next house in the list is the "two-story log cabin" and worth 900,000, and has the same capacities mentioned before.
I humbly think that the price for the "two-story villa" is beyond worth for the same capacities that the "two-story log cabin" and the "sandstone house with patio". It should has a value between these two house prices.

Kon tweaked the housing prices a long time ago. It was done for a few simple reasons.

First. A much needed gold sink. To help relieve server load.

Second. because it's really easy to farm gold on the server.

Shouldn't be hard to balance it
