Rough Stones?

Has anyone dug up a Rough Stone in the last week?

I am trying to set the chances of digging it perfect & balanced.

I've mined about 40k ore or maybe even more with no rough stones dropping. Good news is I'll never have to buy iron ingots again (I have about 120k).

In my opinion, up the drop rate quite a bit and adjust the mods % and success chance on some of the runes. Theres 3 chances the rune will break and 1 chance your item will break before the imbue is successful, so some of the mods, such as life leech can take several runes before getting to a decent percent. On the other hand mods such as Spell Channeling only take 1 successful imbue. I looked over the script and noticed all the mods have the same success chance, so maybe lower the success chance on the better mods?

Also, some of the mods need their output levels adjusted. For example, Fast Cast Recovery and Luck both have a chance to add 1-10 points. FCR only requires 8 points to max it, while luck does not really have a hard cap.

Anyways, just my 2 cents.
