It's the first time I've been told I'm too young at age 28.

I say 30 as a figure of speech. People who are older tend to be much more mature, we have had a lot of bad experiences hiring young people, but very few with older.

Hey, it's your server, your rules. But I'm 28, I'm an English teacher and I've ran a guild and website before - and the forums were more active than these and were targeted by spam also. I'm on these forums quite a bit, and being in England I'm online at times that many others are not. Plus, I don't want to moderate the forums' genuine posts, or in game chat, I just want the power to remove the spam because it makes my forum visits awkward and tedious. Your call boss.
