anyone can claim to be though a proxy, its simple you send the abuse email to the "proxy" their police get into it and subpoena the proxy records and find your isp either way .. proxys really arn't that safe.

same provider, hes also running his internet via DSL, so theres not a static IP it actually changes each time he has to renew his PPPOE session

IMHO , ban his subnet. on the forum and UO subnet is the first 2 sets of an IP IE 192.168.xx.xx (local subnet) but should be easy to grasp

see the situation is, by creating 3 accounts you are circumventing a ban, thus breaking the law. not to mention USA proxies are all logged and very "weak", not to mention bound by our laws, so next time you think you can fly by and grab another, it doesn't matter, because they would also be bound by our laws because the situation lies with you accessing the servers in the USA. And once you realize that Australia is part of the UN, you will realize any laws you break in foreign countries you can be tried for in those countries as well as your own.
