Healing delay

Is the healing delay "capped" at a certain minimum?  Or at 220 dex is it possible to have 0 healing delay?

no -- the fastest your going to get is about 2 seconds

aww  Ok so going for ultra high dex isn't a priority of mine anymore

How much dex would it take to get the 2 seconds? Or better yet whats the time-dex equation?

the OSI equation is : Healing self = 11-(dexterity / 20) so that would mean 180 dex for a 2s healing on yourself. To heal others, the equation is 4-(dexterity/60) so you need 120 dex for a 2s heal on someone else. I just don't know if pandora  use the OSI model
