skill chaqnge?

I've noticed a few skills actually nullify others. For instance Bushido and parry, But also Chivalry and Magery too. How could we get skills lowered? Is there a price?

i have heard that you can send a page and they will try and resolve it for you on a one time basis to lower the conflicting skill

You can lower it with a soulstone, 3 month Vet reweard or donation item.

Also craftable fragment of soulstone ( dont know if implemented though) act as a temporary soulstone (limited uses)

In the code for casting speed, Magery and Chivlary both use the same section of code. Anywho, with magery over 70.0 Skill. Your capped on faster casting of 4 with your chivalry spells. Unless it was commented out by the Dev.
