Can't cast mysticism

Hi I have 75 mystic and 100% LRC every time I attempt to cast a tier one spell (netherbolt) it fizzles.

My magery is working

Mysticism tends to have glitches when client get updated. Ignore what the book says about the spell information. Go through them and cast what ya can. A full revamp of Mysticism is in the works

Nether even fails with nearly 100.0.

To gain skillpoints cast Cleansing Winds up to 80. You have to be wounded.
80 to 95: Hail Storm
95 to 100+: Nether Cyclone

Should work.

It seems as though none of the spells give gains, Unless it's really hard to gain here

Hailstorm isn't doing damage and cyclone doesn't do anything.

I tested this out yesterday and got to gm from 47 in a few hours. Used sleep then switched to that rock form spell then used mass sleep then I think it was spell pleather to gm. It seems to work fine for me. The gains were pretty fast also.
