Peerlesses

- Updated with a respawn delay timer on all Peerless bosses to prevent them from being stuck when someone doesn't finish killing them.

- Updated Shattered Crystal drop rate on the Crystal Hydra to 5% change.

- Medusa's drop rates on her Unique items has went dramatically up in change to drop at 5% & 10% respectivly.


Character Creation & Insula

- Insula, known to most of you the last year as Old Insula on the Moongate will be the starting town and all around hang out for new and old players
like it once was when we first started Pandora. This place brings instant community to players. During this time we were averaging 200+ players. Not sure
why we ever took it out. Many of the veterns will appreciate this.

- New Players will now start in Insula.

*Anyone who has a house on Insula, must remove it ASAP or I will.

- Training Elementals Added to Insula

- You can get to newbie Dungeon from Insula's West Side.

- Insula has been rebuilt from the Great Fire & Invasion that happend years ago. The Wood shop is still building.

- Insula Region is back to Newbie Town Rules.

- Soon removing Glass City. It is eating too many items & lags too many newer players. This will cut 10's of thousands of items off the shard which produce lag.

- New Players will start with LRC Bags

- Voting Stones moved to Insula

- Trash Collector & Septic Tank moved to Insula

- Starting Gold from 2500 to 5500+2500


HOUSING and LOYAL APPRECIATION

- All houses placed on shard before this patch have became Ageless. All shards go through many ups and downs, those who are still here and have houses, we have made them ageless for you in our appreciation.

- All houses placed from here on out, including Luna, will have a 60 day decay period.


Trash Collection

- The Trash Collection system as many efficient updates from the Vita-Nex Core Engine.


MISC.

- Removed Tour Guide System

- Removed 'Serial Killer' Notoriety Level

- Recalling from dungeons has been enabled.

We've dropped an estimated 25,000 items with the destruction of Glass City
