Lag/Losing Connection

Okay, now that I know how to enter the world of Pandora.....it looks very entertaining and interesting. There's one problem......I keep lagging & eventually get the dreaded "connection lost" tab. How can I slay monsters & build fortunes if I lag too much to even try to fight monsters? Is this a common occurence on freeshards?

Try set steamuo.exe client.exe and uo.exe in run as admin an run in win xp sp 3 mode
