Fireball?

Hi,

just a question:

The casting time for "Fireball" seems to be slower than it was before. Intended to prevent spams or a bug?

I might have lowered that before, when i redid some spells (small redos, want to redo magery ALOT more later).. could be that you got protection up and running? ^^

No protection, checked. Some other players confirmed that fireball is slower than before. Takes almost 2 x the time to cast...

IF I remember right..... It's been a while so no promises, but I seem to remember it being slowed down due to issues with it in PVP. It was of course figure out that with max FC, and FCR one could literally machinegun launch Fireball. Add to that a corpse skin and you win. So in response it was slowed down.

As I said I could be mistaken, but that is most of what I remember about it.
