Auto Patch Instillation failure!

Good day everyone,
 
             Does any one have a clue why after installing the latest client, UO will not patch? Also i can't seem to edit my login.cfg file! Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Are you using Vista/Windows 7? Because if you are, you'll have to right click on your UO client and select Run as Administrator or it will say you can't patch. I'm betting that's it  :)
