Lag Problems and other problems with RazorUO

So I'm using razoruo from the website and im experience major low fps when in the newbie starting town(never had this problem when using other programs like injection and uoassist), also I use ventrilo and my ping on that spikes up to 300-500 when im playing ultima online but when i have it minimized its at the normal 40-50 ping.

So does anyone know how to fix this problem, or know how to setup UOassist or injection for this server?

Is there any other programs like razor that i can use to run UO?

Also I cant just load the client.exe file it hangs at the account verification window.

sorry about the double post...i just wanted to add its also using 85% of my CPU and the client is running at 76,000k memory...which is not normal by any means when i used to just run the client.exe file (which i dont understand why i cant just run client.exe from the UO folder...)
