updating to 7.0.18

i started Autopatch, it dl'd 7.0.17.  it tries to install and stops.  gives me a msg stating "an error occured.  go UO.com to resolve issue".   i found the site rather lacking and nonhelpful.  any ideas on how to fix this issue?  thank you.

I had a problem as I don't have an AutoPatch.exe icon in my UO folder so I clicked Patcher.exe (I think) which didn't work and I received the same error.

I have extensions turned off on my comp so the icon that did work just said 'UO' and was the UO logo, try that one.

i turned off a program named HP Advisor and ran patcher, problem solved.
