well the concern i had wasnt for pks but for people stealing (pandora coins weigh zero stones for example) if i have to go to a tram bank to bank delicate things why go to luna at all is what im saying...

all that aside i really just want the npcs for a guild keep i am building so kind of our own private area

I put them in Donation area today. Any NPC except specials one - for quests, masonry etc.

If you want more reds why are you discouraging the fellucca ruleset in so many facets? Not to mention all these skull things warning people of "danger zones" and global announcements after every kill. It makes finding anybody to kill hard for any red.

I know, I'm not even a red yet, but I hate everything is announced. There's no scary mystery to murders. It's broadcast AND a skull appears forever telling you what happened. Ruins part of the excitement imo. Are bounties in effect too?
