Hi, new to this shard but not new to UO.
I have been reading all the comments, I think reds not being able to recall to anyway is unfair. You should be allowed to go anywhere, if you get caught in a guarded area then its your own fault thats what they are there for. And if the reason is for 'protecting new people' then that doesnt work as noobs normally stay in the guarded areas. Plus i remember in a shard of mine where Reds were alliowed to do anything blues were, and a bunch of them recalling to Brit brige or bank and fighing the guards and a mass of people was immensly fun. just a thought.
