I meant to ask if it was still active. I see players running around with greater-ToTs but i was wondering if it's still possible to earn the lesser versions.

So I farmed for a few hours yesterday and didn't get a single minor. I remember in OSI when they released, I had around 150 in a week worth 1-2 hours per day. Are you sure they're still active?

Yes Em, I think I had a bad luck day. The next day I ended up gettting 20+ which i turned in for an RBC and a Kasa.      

Though my third turn-in turned out to be garbage, I think those two make up for my slow drops at first!
