Hello, I first played UO years and years ago and found myself back here. I have a few questions though about this shard if you don't mind.

Why when I cast a spell i cannot move for about 3 seconds, is there a way around this?
This skill cap, I understood that a skill was 100 max, is this not the case? If not what skills are obtainable over 100?
And what are 'power scrolls' and where can you ourchase/get them from?

You can obtain Faster casting jewelry.

You can have ALMOST all skills to 120.

Power scrolls are obtained from killing champions and you can also buy them from player vendors or donate for them.

yes 100 max for each skill -- 105 110 115 or 120 with certain powerscrolls at champion


when we say no skill cap -- we mean that you can get all your skills 100 and even a little more with powerscrolls.
