Hello. Not so long ago I began to play on this server. You have a lot of interesting things,but I find it hard to understand this yourself. I searched for my problem in Pandora wiki, but found none. If there is a wiki about it,  give the link, if not, tell about it here.
how to make the animal shrunk? :?

Hey,
To shrink a pet you need to use a shrink potion.

These can be bought from a few places throughout pandora.
There is a stone opposite Brit bank that will sell you 10 for 3k I think, there may also be a stone in Luna that is the same.
Also you may find some on a player vendor, I think I have seen one vendor that sells them bit I can't remember where sorry.

Finally, you can buy an everlasting shrink potion from the donation house, not sure on te price of this?
If you need any help finding the stones then pm me in game, my character is called Wozza.
