Valentine Event

      A new event is active, and will be much like our Halloween one for those who remember.

      Cupid, the God of Love has been a Pandorian citizen for quite some time. An evil witch has put a curse on our beloved Cupid, exploding his love across Pandora in pieces. Before Cupid can rebuild his love for Pandorian citizens he has called upon the citizens of this land to slay dead love rembrants. Our King Konstantine tried to fight this evil himself, but did not have enough power to wipe the dead love off the land, but instead has quarantined it in the lost lands of Moonglow. The entrance is in the Umbra mage shop in Malas.

How it Works

      Going to Umbra in Malas via moongate run NW to the mage shop. There you will see Valentine prizes on the tables for display. Go inside the cave entrance to the Lost Lands of Moonglow and slay the Dead Love of Cupid. At total random one of the prizes could be on the corpse. Some Dead Love will be quite easy, others may be quite strong. Choose your love wisely. This is trammel rule set and the event will go until the end of the day on Valentine's Day.

Jewels and Elementals

      Jewels will now only drop off the follow elementals. Shame is the best spot for these and I have increased the spawn in both Tram and Fel. Every elemental has a good chance to drop it's jewel, but not all will. Jewels can still be gotten by lock picking chests in dungeons. All elementals have gotten a slight buff, but by no means are 'hard'.

      - Ice Elemental (Sapphire)

      - Blood Elemental (Diamond)

      - Various Pandora Coin mobs will drop various gems.

Tweaks and Misc

- Horselord has been nerfed. Changes will also be applying to yours if you have one over the next couple of days.

 - Prices raised on Vendor Contracts the Banker's sell. This is so people think twice about   buying hundreds of them and never using them.

 - To get a Golden Skull to enter Doom's Guantlet will take longer. You must turn in 3k daemon bones, instead of 1k daemon bones to get a Golden Skull. This will slow down people popping in just to grief and will also will force more wiser decisions when to enter. Now that Malas is Trammel rule set, this is very easy.
 
- Tokuno Lesser Treasure Artifacts can no longer be gotten on the entire map of Tokuno on Tuesdays. (This does not effect when the Stone is Green for the relavant dungeons). Now that Tokuno dungeons (except Ankh) are trammel, there is not much risk.
 
- Wind, Felucca, is now a Pandora Coin Mob hot spot. The actual town of Wind and the outskirts are littered with Pandora Coin Mobs. There also is now no Guards in Wind Felucca.
 
- Added another Virtue Bane Peerless spawn in the Rare Lake enclosed by Mountains via a Wind Teleporter. (East Section, Pentagram)
 
- Wither andildfire got a nerf, including less damage and more mana and longer to cast. This will allow these spells to be effective in groups of players, but will take away the advantage of being 1 player spamming it running around soloing a champ.
 
- Wraith Form got a nerf and will gain a bit less mana leech, uses more mana and takes a bit longer to cast.

 - Vampiric Embrace got a small nerf: uses more mana to cast, takes a bit longer to cast, bigger fire resist hit.

 - Ability whirlwind got a small nerf.
 
- Most Imbuing Mats will be a bit harder to get of the corpses.

 - Toxic Slith and Pixie spawns have been nerfed. All the imbuing mats they dropped became worthless as spawn was out of control. They have been fixed. Same spots, just not spawning as often. The Pixie and Wyvern Renowned Bosses are on their own timer and have chance to spawn random through the day that their same previous location. Also added the Fire Elemental Renowned in Abyss.
 
 - Pixies have gotten a buff. This will also more than likely force teaming up for the Lord Oaks spawn.
 
 - Stygian Dragon now drops between 1-4 Relics, Lots of Pandora and Oceanic Coins and has the best, along with best chances on Pandora, like Virtue Bane, to drop the new Crimson Cinture. Of course also, he has a list of unique artifacts he can drop. He has gotten a buff though.
 
 - Medusa has changed and been upgraded. To fight her, you must slay the Fallen Serpents at her alter until you get the Giant Egg on their corpse. Once you do, place it in the basket and you will be teleported to her. If the basket is red, means someone is in there or she is already spawned and you will have to wait. Make sure you kill her before you leave as you will not get back. Also take a party with you. She now drops between 1-4 Relics and other goodies like sea coins and chance of dropping new Crimson Cinture. She has a couple of unique artifacts also. Their is a Taxed healer and corpse stone in the SE corner of Medusa's room if you die. She has been buffed. (If the Egg teleporting system ever bugs out please message me in IRC Chat and we will fix ASAP)
     
- Naverey Night Eyes now has a chance to drop a couple of Relic Fragments (or none) along with Sea Coins and more.

Final Note

      This mini-patch deals a lot with balance of resources. Imbuing is a long-term game system, it's purpose is really meant for player's always having some kind of goal and in turn makes for longer and more fulfilled game play. The follow with make Imbuing mats much more rarer (some mats that are already rare were left alone). This will increase the economy for them all around, including letting newer Pandora Citizens to kill monsters that are low in difficulty, to collect the materials and sell them for a profit to other players. This will also make already imbued items more valuable. This will also force people into all the dungeons that are not used that much, both tram and fel. Not only that this will making Imbuing a full suite a longer process,  remember your stuff won't break on Pandora by trying to imbue things. (Like it's suppose too). You can still imbue things in the same time as before, it will just take more adventures and slaying of beasts. If you choose to do so.

 Also in this patch we are gearing players more for group PvM, as you will see some of the spell nerfs below to help complete this task. Bottom line, we are scaling everything up a bit to meet the demands of the average suit in Pandora, in turn some things will not feel quite 'OP'.

This will not be your favorite patch, I know, but in the long term of things it will be fantastic. One of those, you will thank me later... On the nerfs, I will monitor these to make sure they are right.
